  • BE yellow curry Sauce 300g.
  • Chicken 200g.
  • Mango 160g.
  • Bell pepper Red/ Yellow 1/2 pcs.
  • Water 100ml.
  • Coriander leave 2 stem
  • Peanut 1 Tbsp.

Thai Mango Curry

cooking steps

STEP 1

Pour the yellow curry sauce in a large pan with high edges and add in 100ml of broth or water.

STEP 2

Stir in the sliced chicken and simmer over medium heat.

STEP 3

Then add your vegetables and diced mango to simmer for 2 more minutes.

STEP 4

Before turning off the heat add the coriander leaves and grilled peanuts.

STEP 5

Serve your curry very warm with a side of Thai Jasmine rice.

Chef s Tip

A sprinkle of crushed peanuts gives you that street-food vibe.
