- 1 bag (300g) BE Yellow curry sauce
- 1/2 cup (125ml) of water
- 200g chicken breast (sliced)
- 1 cup of mixed veggetables of your choice (optional)

How to cook 5 min. Chicken Yellow curry
Follow these easy steps to bring authentic Thai flavors to your dishes.
- STEP 1
- In a sauce pan or a wok, heat the Blue Elephant Yellow Curry Sauce with 1/2 cup (125ml) of water. Bring to boil.
- STEP 2
- Add the sliced chicken breast and optional vegetables if you have.
- STEP 3
- Simmer until protein is cooked to your taste.
Chef’s Tip
Feel free to replace the chicken with prawns , fish fillets, pork fillet or only mixed veggetables
You can use any seasonal local veggies to add up to your recipe. This mild & creamy curry will please the whole family !
