• 1 bag (300g) BE Red curry sauce
• 1/2 cup (125ml) of water
• 200g chicken breast (sliced)
• 1 cup of mixed vegetables of your choice (optional)
• Thai sweet basil and red chili for garnish (optional)
Feel free to replace the chicken with prawns, fish fillets, pork fillet or roasted duck breast. Instead of the usual veggies, the red curry such as the massaman nicely match fruits: a few diced of pineapple, or a few red grapes or lychees will surprise and amaze your guests !
