• 1 bag (300g) BE Yellow curry sauce
• 1/2 cup (125ml) of water
• 200g chicken breast (sliced)
• 1 cup of mixed veggetables of your choice (optional)
Optional : Thai sweet basil and red chili for garnish
Feel free to replace the chicken with prawns , fish fillets, pork fillet or only mixed veggetables
You can use any seasonal local veggies to add up to your recipe. This mild & creamy curry will please the whole family !
