  • Salmon fillets 2 pces.
  • BE Phad Thai Sauce 1/2 bottle
  • VG oil 1Tbsp.
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Sesame seeds 1 Tbsp.
  • Lime 1 pce.
  • Spring onions 2 Tbsp.

Tamarind Glazed Grilled Salmon

cooking steps

STEP 1

Place in the salmon fillets to a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.

STEP 2

Pour half of the bottle of Phad Thai sauce and add in the minced garlic.

STEP 3

Mix well and marinate for minimum 15 min in the fridge.

STEP 4

Pre-heat a pan with vegetable oil and sear the fillets on the hot pan.

STEP 5

Serve the salmon hot, sprinkled with spring onions, sesame and a generous squeeze of lime and a side of steamed Thai Jasmine rice.
