• 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
• 1 cup mix Bell peppers (diced)
• 1/4 onion Onion (diced)
• 60g Cashew nuts (roasted)
• 2 Tbsp VG oil
• 1 Tbsp BE Light soya sauce
• 1 tsp BE Fish sauce
• 1/2 Handful of Coriander leaves (optional for garnish)
