  • BE Thai Peanut sauce 1 cup.
  • Fried tempeh (or tofu) 100g.
  • Soft boiled eggs 2 pces.
  • Boiled baby potatoes 4 pces.
  • Carrot 1/2 pce.
  • Cucumber 1/2 pce.
  • Cherry tomatoes 1 handful.
  • Green beans 1 handful
  • Purple cabbage 1 handful.
  • Green salad leaves 2 cup.
  • Pink radishes 4 pces.
  • Lime 2 wedges.
  • Bean sprouts 1 handful.
  • Coriander leaves 1 pinch.

Gado Gado Salad

STEP 1

First, prepare your ingredients : wash and chop all the vegetables of your choice, boil the eggs and the potatoes, deep-fry your tempeh.

STEP 2

On a bed of green leaves, assemble the vegetables in a colorful way. Add your proteins on top.

STEP 3

Add the Blue Elephant peanut dressing on the platter and garnish with coriander leaves and lime wedges. Bon appetit!
