• 2 Tbsp VG oil
• 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
• 250g beef steak (ribeye or fillet) sliced
• 1/2 onion (sliced)
• 1 cup mixed bell peppers (sliced)
• 100g BE Black Pepper sauce
• 4 Tbsp of water
Optional : Coriander leaves for garnish
For a noble piece of beef (like cote de boeuf or Wagyu ribeye), do not slice the meat : you can grill the full steak and separately stir fry all other ingredients to prepare the sauce. Then coat the steak with the sauces and vegetables. Tasty and very versatile, this sauce literally matches with all kinds of stir•fry fish, meat and seafood! It is also an amazing seasoning for your wok vegetables.
