• 1 bag (300g) BE Tom Yam ready-to-heat Soup
• 1/2 cup (125ml) of water
• 200g headless prawns (deshelled)
• 1 handful of mushrooms (quartered)
• 1/2 lime

 

Optional : Coriander leaves for garnish

5 min Tom Yam Soup

cooking steps

STEP 1

In a sauce pan or a wok, heat the Blue Elephant Tom Yam Soup with 1/2 cup (125ml) of water. Bring to boil.

STEP 2

Add the prawns and mushrooms.

STEP 3

Simmer until protein is cooked to your taste.

STEP 4

Squeeze the lime. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Chef s Tip

Do not hesitate to use mixed wild mushrooms to give more depth and sophistication to your dish.

Serve with Blue Elephant Thai jasmine rice to make it a main course.
