• 1/2 cup (125ml) of water
• 200g chicken breast (sliced)
• 1 cup of mixed veggetables of your choice (optional)

Feel free to replace the chicken with meatballs, pork fillet or seafood !
We love to match the iodine subtle taste of mussels or lobster with green curry. In that case cook the mussels as usual or grill the lobster, and use the warmed up curry sauce as a topping on your plate… spicy pleasure guaranteed !
