Even though the traditional ‘Phad Phong curry’ recipe is cooked with crab, this coconutty sauce with a vibrant turmeric touch is versatile and could perfectly compliment a chicken, fish or tofu stir-fry (as it is vegetarian).
It is also an amazing seasoning for your wok vegetables.
This gourmet sauce, flavorful, creamy and authentic is made in Thailand from Thai ingredients only, with the original recipe from Master Chef Nooror founder of the Blue Elephant Royal Thai Cuisine establishments.
