  • Black Rice 250g.
  • Water 1 1/2 cup.
  • Coconut cream 400ml.
  • Sugar 50g.
  • Salt 1Tsp.
  • Pandan 2 stem
  • Coconut 1 whole
  • Lychees 1 can

Thai Coconut Black Rice Pudding with Lychee

cooking steps

STEP 1

In the saucepan, add the coconut cream, pandan leaves and bring to a boil.

STEP 2

Add in the steamed black rice, coconut water and meat and simmer until mixed well.

STEP 3

Season the mix with sugar and salt.

STEP 4

Turn down heat and let it simmer with the lid on.

STEP 5

Place your rice pudding in a serving bowl and garnish with lychees and a dash of coconut cream.
