• 1 1/2 Tbsp BE Green curry paste
• 120g tuna chunks (1 small can)
• 1 Tbsp VG oil
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 4 slices of sandwich bread (preferably whole wheat)
• 4 slices of Cheese (emmental or else)
• 1 Tbsp of butter
I love the combination of fish with the bold flavors of green curry, but this recipe is also lovely with yellow or red curry… give them a try and pick your favourite !
