• 1 BE Boat noodle cooking set (contains 100g rice noodles + 100g sauce)
• 200g of beef steak (sliced)
• 1 handful of bean sprouts
• 2 Tbsp of chopped fresh herbs (coriander, spring onions, chinese celery)
• 400 mL of water
Optional for garnish : 1 wedge of lime, 1 Tbsp of freid garlic, 1 pinch of chili flakes
To make your soup even tastier, season it with a squeeze of lime, some fried garlic and our favourite: chili flakes! Although this soup is traditionnally made with beef, it tastes also great with chicken so do not hesitate to swap.
