BLUE ELEPHANT SOUTHERN SENSATIONS FESTIVAL
 

Thailand, the very name conjures images of glittering temples, vibrant markets, sandy beaches, exotic flora, exquisite jewellery and classical Thai dancing.  For those lucky enough to have visited southern Thailand, the 2005 Blue Elephant Food Festival will evoke memories of some familiar sights, smells and tastes.  For those yet to discover its beauty, it represents the perfect opportunity to sample the fascinating flavours of this enchanting region. Blue Elephant restaurant will be offering a sumptuous special menu that will take you on a gastronomic journey through southern Thailand.
