Strips of grilled marinated chicken served with a cucumber and peanut sauce.

Rice paper wrapped prawns stuffed with chicken and served, accompanied by a palm sauce

Tod Man Plaa N
Ground Fish mixed with spices and red curry paste deep fried, and served with a sweet & sour sauce

Som Tam N
A very popular in North-Easthen dish, a salad of shredded green papaya with lemon dressing and dried shirmps.

 

Dim Sim  
Parcels of minced pork shrimp and crab meat steamed in a bamboo basket served with Soya sauce.

 

Spring Roll Blue Elephant
Our special recipe of chicken and prawn stuffing served with red sweet and sour sauce.

 Soup

Tom Yam Koong OR
The Thai's favourite soup, a clear broth with
spiced prawns.

                
 

Tom Kha Ped Yang
A refreshing soup of roasted duck with young coconut flavoured with lemon grass and galanga.

Main courses

Plaa Sam Rod
Crispy seasonal whole fish, topped with fiery chilli and pineapple sauce.

 

Emerald Chicken
Jewels of marinated chicken wrapped in Toey leaves and accompanied by a sweet and sour sauce

 

Kai Himmapan N
Stir fried chicken with pineapple baby corn and topped with cashew nuts.

Massaman N
A typical dish from Thailand, of slowly braised lamb in a medium spicy red curry sauce.

Prawn Green Curry
A hot green curry of prawn in coconut milk with baby aubergine.
